Lauti has more than 40 years experience in tour managing, technical execution, consulting and production management. He is one of the most well-known Production Specialists in Germany, Europe and worldwide. In his career he worked in tour managing and technical execution for Mama Concerts, a Concert Agency in Germany, he then became a Technical Manager and Production Manager for all concert tours and major events for Littman & Rau Concert Agency followed by Consulting and Production Management for all German Concert Agencies on a freelance basis. Since 1991 he has been Managing Director of Trend Event GmbH for Consulting, execution for event technology production and technical management. Lauti is Managing Director of Pool production of POOLgroup GmbH today.
