HOW TO ENTER
Individuals and companies who wish to submit nominations for the Middle East Event Awards must follow a simple Awards nomination process.
There are 2 options to submit your Award nominations:
- using the online nomination form and insert your submission in the text field and submit supporting material via e-mail or delivery to our office
OR
- download the pdf nomination form and simply tick the category in which you want to enter and submit all material, including the nomination form, via e-mail or delivery to our office
Nominations must be made in English and reach the Awards Administrator
Each submission must include the following information:
- Nomination Entry Form (online or PDF version)
- An outline of the reason’s why the nominees deserves to be recognised with a Middle East Event Award, highlighting any relevant, unique or outstanding characteristics based on the key criteria for the Award Category entered. Nominations must clearly state the Award category and must be a word-processed document with standard line spacing and applications must be not be longer than 1,500 words otherwise they will be eliminated.
- Supporting material which you feel best validates your nomination. This must be provided via email or CD. Examples include: videos, press clippings, campaign examples, testimonials, PowerPoint presentation. This must not exceed 5 items and 5MB in total number and size.
AWARD SUBMISSION FORMAT
- All submission items must be made in English and provided as an electronic version
- Submissions must be made in only one of the following formats – Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, PDF or JPG
MULTIPLE ENTRIES
Companies or individuals may enter more than one category provided that each entry has been specifically written to address the relevant criteria and is accompanied by a separate entry form.
